We do not own your data and we will never sell it!

We convey information that belongs to you and your course participants, not us. We have created these privacy rules to explain how Aukland Legend processes your data and your personal information.

The privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you provide to us when you visit Aukland Legend or use our services on auklandlegend.no. Whether your online store is under a different mapped domain or is located on a company page, the information is still stored in Aukland Legend's application and is under our practice to collect, use, maintain, protect and disseminate this information.

These privacy policies apply to information we collect:
(i) through our services, and
(ii) in electronic messages between you and our services.

This privacy policy does not apply to any other services or information collected by us outside the internet or via third party sites that can be accessed through links in our services.

The rules apply to users based in the EU and the EEA (European Economic Area): We allow the transfer of personal data from these countries.

By accessing and using our application and Services, you agree to these privacy policies.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect many types of information about visitors and / or users of our services. We collect this information either directly or when you provide it to us or automatically when you move through our website or application.

(a) We will collect and process your personal data when you sign up for a service / create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, provide feedback, complete a survey, or send us a comment. When you order products or services on the website or application, you may also be asked to provide a payment card or other payment-related information. Depending on the activity, some of the information we request from you will require you to use the Service (such as creating an account) and some is voluntary. If you do not provide the data required by the activity in question, you will not be able to do the activity.

We also collect your unique Internet Protocol (IP) address. We use this to diagnose problems with our servers and / or software, to manage our Services, and to collect demographic information.

(b) We may collect information that does not in itself identify persons. Such information tells us about your equipment, actions in the browser, and what resources you use through our Services, such as operating system and browser type. We use Google Analytics and similar services, as described in our "Use of cookies", to help us provide better and more individually oriented services to users by letting us assess user patterns and adapt our Services to your individual wishes, and make your searches faster.

(c) When you use our Services, we automatically collect information about the type of device you are using and the version of your operating system, so that we can provide you with the best version of our application.

(d) When you contact us for support, we may collect additional information to resolve your issue, and may ask you to connect your user with your support user to help you more easily. If you choose not to connect these here, we will still give you customer support.

(e) We are not a site with children or anyone under the age of 16 as a target group. If you are a school and use as a service for children under the age of 16, or the corresponding minimum age in the relevant judicial authority, then you are responsible for obtaining the consent of each child's parent who you want to participate in any of our Services.

2. WHERE WE STORE DATA
By sharing your personal data, you agree that data is transferred, stored and processed outside the country in which you live. We will take satisfactory steps to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with these privacy rules.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information about you in the following ways:

To display content from our Services effectively for you and the device you use.
To provide you with information, products and services that you have requested from us, or that we think may interest you.
To complete the obligations of the agreements entered into between us and you, including for bills and collection.
If you pay for a course or a subscription to a course platform with a payment card, we will convey the payment information to the right company that processes the payment.
To allow you to participate in interactive parts of our Services when you choose to do so.
To contact you about our Services.
In all other ways we may describe when you provide information or when we inform you of a new use of information about you.
To provide help to you and your course facilitator.
4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We will only share your personal data with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, resell, rent or share your information with others, except in the following ways:

(a) We provide and support some of our Services through contractual arrangements with service providers and other third parties. We and our service providers use your personal data to operate our website and provide Services. For example, we must provide your payment information to the bank that issued the card to confirm payment for products and services purchased on our website; and provide information about the order to third parties who help us deliver the order.

(b) We will also share personal data in the following cases: (i) whether law enforcement requires this, or to cooperate with law enforcement investigation; (ii) whether we believe in good faith that we are required or permitted by law or a statutory process to do so; (iii) to protect our rights, reputation, property or personal security for us or others; (iv) to defend or enforce our rights or obligations; (v) whether the division is required by mandatory professional standards; (vi) to a third party where you have already given us permission to do so; or (vii) whether it is our duty to share your personal data in order to carry out a contract or agreement that may exist between you and us, including these privacy rules and the Terms of Agreement. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purpose of protecting from fraud and reducing credit risk.

(c) In the event that Aukland Legend decides to sell all parts of its shares or enter into a merger, we reserve the rights to include your data, including personal data, among the assets transferred to the acquired or surviving company.

5. UPDATE OR CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We offer frameworks for controlling and managing the personal data we hold on you, including the ability to:

Delete data: You can ask us to delete all or some of your personal data (eg if it is no longer necessary to provide you with Services).
Modify or correct data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change your data in some cases, especially where it is imprecise.
Oppose or restrict the use of data: You may ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data (eg if we have no legal right to continue to use it) or to restrict the use of it ( eg if your personal data is inaccurate or held without rights).
Right to access and / or obtain your data: You can ask us for a copy of your personal data and you can ask for a copy of personal data you have provided in machine-readable form.
You can learn more about how to make these requests in sections 6 and 7 of this Privacy Policy. You can also contact us through the contact information in section 15, and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law.
You can also access, request deletion, and correct your personal data by sending a data request to the user support or writing to us at hei@auklandlegend.no.

6. TERMINATE THE ACCOUNT OR DELETE PERSONAL DATA
As a customer, you can choose to cancel the subscription. In such cases, keep your information within a reasonable period of time in case you choose to resume your subscription.

You can choose to terminate your account, in which case we will delete your information, including your history, within 60 days of your termination request. We may still choose to retain your data even after you close your account if this is necessary to satisfy legal requirements (including requests from law enforcement), satisfy contractual obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce security, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce the terms of the agreement, or execute your request to stop persistent messages from us. We will retain depersonalized information after your account is closed.

You may also ask us to stop using all or any of your personal data (which in the event that we have no legal reason to use it) or to restrict its use (which in the event that your personal information is inaccurate or kept by us without our right to it) by submitting a data request through customer support or directly to us at hei@auklandlegend.no.

7. CHOICE OF CONTROL OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can access some of the information we collect about you. For example, by logging in to your account, you get access to the information about tasks in your workbook.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data in machine-readable format. You do this by contacting customer support or by writing to us at hei@auklandlegend.no. We will evaluate your request in relation to current legislation.

With respect to your communication preferences, you can unsubscribe from newsletters by following the instructions in the newsletter you receive, or you can log in to your account and update your newsletter and email subscription options. If you have changed your email address and you still want to receive newsletters; update your email address information in your account and sign up again to receive updates. From time to time we send out e-mails if problems should arise with the website.

You also have choices regarding cookies, as described in our "Cookies". By customizing your browser's choices, you can choose to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, some parts of our pages may not work correctly for you.

8. LEGAL BASIS FOR TREATMENT
We collect and process personal information about you only in those cases where we have a legal basis. Legal basis includes consent (where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary to perform the contract we have with you, such as performing the Services you have requested) and "legal interests".

Where we depend on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and where we have legal interests, you have the right to object. If you live in a country in the EU or EEA and are wondering what kind of legal basis we have for collecting and using your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer at hei@auklandlegend.no.

9. DATA SECURITY
Access to your account is available through a password and / or unique username chosen by you. This password is code protected by us. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone, and that you change passwords regularly using a combination of numbers and letters, and that you are sure that you are using a secure browser. We cannot be held responsible for any activity resulting from your failure to secure your password and username. If you share a computer with someone, be sure to always log out after you finish to secure your information from other users of the computer.

Please report customer support as soon as possible if you suspect that others have obtained your username or password.

Unfortunately, no data transfer over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we always strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy restrictions on the Internet that are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of all of your personal information and data shared between you and us through this website cannot be guaranteed and we have no liability to you or any third party for the loss, misuse, sharing or alteration of such information, and (c) all such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in the transfer by a third party.

In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your personal information that we control may have been compromised, we will notify you. To the extent that you have given us your e-mail address, we will notify you through this, and you agree that we use e-mail as a means of such notification. If you would like another notification option, please contact customer support with the alternative contact information you would like us to use.

10. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
When you use our websites, we may use cookies and other technology to facilitate and adapt your use of our Services. Learn more about your choices regarding the use of these technologies and about our response to your "do not track" signals in our "Cookies".
